Music

In Music Class at DeMiguel we create, write, perform, and listen to all kinds of music through songs and games. We sing and play a variety of instruments and strive for a high level of music literacy in every grade level. My goal as a music teacher is that my students leave my classroom remembering how much fun music can be!

Physical Education (P.E.)

P.E. with Mrs. Hunter is a fun and exciting class that gets students active and moving their bodies in new ways.  Students learn sport-related skills so they can participate in activities outside of P.E./school with their friends and be active for a lifetime!

Art

Our art class is a creative space where imagination comes to life. Students explore a variety of materials and techniques while learning about famous artists and cultures from around the world. Through hands-on projects, artists build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and discover their unique creative voices.

Library

The Lobo Library at DeMiguel is a place where imagination and learning come together. Students explore exciting books, practice research skills, and discover new authors and topics that spark their curiosity. From quiet reading time to fun activities that build a love of stories and information, the library helps students grow as readers, thinkers, and lifelong learners.
